Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and The Social Station, LLC (“CodeKeeper”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of CodeKeeper by The Social Station at codekeeperapp.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What CodeKeeper does

CodeKeeper lets a business securely store access to its Instagram accounts — passwords, two-factor setup, and login codes — and share that access with its team. We can provision a dedicated phone number for each Instagram account, show the verification and login codes that number receives, and, on eligible plans, text those codes to a team member's own verified phone.

Your responsibilities

  • Only connect Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and use CodeKeeper in compliance with Instagram's and Meta's terms.
  • Keep your CodeKeeper sign-in credentials confidential and manage your team's access responsibly — you control who on your team can see what.
  • Use the service lawfully. Don't use it to access accounts you have no right to, and don't attempt to probe or disrupt the service.

Text messaging

Text features are optional and opt-in: you enter your own mobile number in the app and verify it with a one-time code before any messages are sent. Messages are limited to number-verification codes and Instagram login codes you have asked us to relay. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, HELP for help — or remove your number in the app at any time.

The dedicated phone numbers we provision for your Instagram accounts are receive-only: they exist to receive verification messages (some of which arrive from carrier short codes, such as Instagram's) and are never used to send marketing. Because these inbound messages come from third parties like Instagram, standard reply keywords such as STOP do not apply to them.

Plans and billing

CodeKeeper is billed per Instagram account added, at the monthly rate of the plan you choose. Some features — like texting login codes to your own phone — are only included in certain plans. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Third-party services

CodeKeeper works alongside services we don't control — including Instagram and Meta, mobile carriers, and our infrastructure providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Changes those services make (for example, to how Instagram delivers login codes) can affect features, and we are not responsible for their actions or outages.

Ending service

You can delete individual Instagram accounts from CodeKeeper at any time — doing so erases their stored credentials and releases their dedicated phone number — or cancel entirely. We may suspend or end service for accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other customers, and we'll be reasonable about it.

Disclaimers and limits

CodeKeeper is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it secure and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that third-party messages (like Instagram's codes) always arrive. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes and contact

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll update this page, note the date at the top, and flag significant changes in the app or by email. Questions about these terms: alex@thesocialstation.com.
